Tasty seafood at Matutina's -- Dagupan, Pangasinan
Matutina's is a beachfront restaurant somewhere in Dagupan, which is being frequented for it's tasty seafood. Being the seafood-allergic that I am, I wasn't able to eat the shrimp, but the tortang talong was great. The fish were also delicious. In the daytime, people can eat right at the beach.. on the sand. I guess many people really eat there because the establishment is opening up a new annex. ( Visited Nov 26, 2005 )
